Waterfront Lots

Off Rte 310 (Spry Point Rd.). Overlooking the waters of the Northumberland Strait, Boughton Bay, Annandale, and Sally's Beach we look out over the water. Our beach, "Sally's Beach" is accessible via pedestrian right of ways in several locations. We have several kilometres of walking trails along the shore of Spry Point. Sunrise and sunset views from many of the lots and twenty eight of our lots have a view of the water. Central water supply for all lots.
